About me

Hello! My name is Alyx, I'm an 18 year old trans femme. I spend most of my time training as I'm a fencer. I work as a lifeguard and as a fencing coach. I have an interest in marine biology and that's what I wish to pursue as a career along side professional fencing. I'm dating my wonderful partner who I love very much. I use She/It pronouns and am bisexual. I've been fencing since the age of 7, I started doing foil before moving to epee. I've dabbled in sabre for fun but never competitively. I've represented my country around the world as a fencer I peaked at 9th in the FIE world junior rankings. I've medaled on the European fencing circuit and finished in the top 8 at 3 seperate junior world cups. My dream would be to go and win the Olympics, it might be impossible with me being trans but I can dream. It's all I've ever wanted from my fencing. What really got me inspired to go into sport was watching Usain Bolt win the 2012 olympics. It was really a defining moment for me and my development as someone who hadn't really done much sport outside of playing football at school.

I also enjoy a lot of FPS games. Counter-Strike is a favourite, I'm really into the skins market and esports scene. I don't follow a team so much as I do follow a player (HObbit). Games like HYPER DEMON have also grabbed my attention and while I'm not very good I definetly reccomend playing it. The folks at Sorath really gave so much thought into every little thing when building it. I really enjoy playing Stardew Valley with my partner as well. We only have a small farm at the moment but it's getting bigger. We recently got our own chickens.
